V kozarcu zmešaš mleko, chia semena in med. Nato kozarec postaviš v hladlnik za vsaj 40 minut, da se semena napijejo in nastane chia pudding. Ko je chia pudding narejen mu na vrhu dodaš žličko namaza indijskih oreščkov, mandljev jogurt, granolo in svež mango.
